Logged-in users are allowed to add, edit or delete a variety of media types: images, files, web pages, links, news and events, depending on user permissions: anonymous view for externally published materials or private view for your eyes only and those with whom you choose to share.

The user interface is simple and easy to use. There is a powerful search feature and email/print function. Fine-grained permissions allow sharing of one file or entire directories. Versioning allows you to compare and undo changes and perform user audits.
